Digital Divide

Technology made to help or make other things to be easy but some people can't access or use technology.Digital Divide,an economic and social inequality with regard to access,to use of,or impact of information and communication technologies(ICT).
To prevent this, government should make a project that could help or prevent this kind of situation.

 Digital Addiction

The term “digital addiction” is fairly broad, but it covers video games, the Internet, social media, technology and other addictions, as well as having some overlap with pornography addiction. Generally, it can be understood on the same behavioral basis as most other addictions—when you continue using a piece of digital-age technology to the point that it causes problems in your day-to-day life, you can’t stop even if you try and you feel agitated or uncomfortable when you can’t use it (for example, experiencing anxiety when you forget or misplace your smartphone), there are obvious parallels with drug and alcohol addiction. Much like with gambling addiction—a more widely accepted non-substance addiction—the compulsion to continue playing or continue browsing can have pronounced negative effects.
To prevent this Choose Outdoor Activities Over Technology,When you’re at home, make it a rule that you can’t be online if the sun is shining. Instead, you have to go for a walk, ride a bike or get some other kind of healthy physical activity for at least an hour before you can pull out your phone or tablet, or take a seat at the computer.

Bullying

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using electronic technology. Electronic technology includes devices and equipment such as cell phones, computers, and tablets as well as communication tools including social media sites, text messages, chat, and websites.

Base on my research these are tips to prevent cyberbullying:
  1. Educate yourself. To prevent cyberbullying from occurring you must under- stand exactly what it is. ...
  2. Protect your password. ...
  3. Keep photos “PG” ...
  4. Never open unidentified or unsolicited.
  5. Log out of online accounts. ...
  6. Pause before you post. ...
  7. Raise awareness. ...
  8. Setup privacy controls.

Ethical use of MIL
according to my research,MIL is a combination of information literacy and media literacy. The purpose of being information and media literate is to engage in a digital society; one needs to be able to use, understand, inquire, create, communicate and think critically. It is important to have capacity to effectively access, organize, analyze, evaluate, and create messages in a variety of forms.[8] The transformative nature of IML includes creative works and creating new knowledge; to publish and collaborate responsibly requires ethical, cultural and social understanding.(Wikipedia)

Opportunities and challenges of media and information:

There's a lot opportunities of media and information,it can help us to make easier to do other things and get literate informations but there are also challenges in media and information because other people abuse and misuse it,like watching pornography, cyberbullying etc.
