Bullying is a very popular disease among school students but nowadays not only students are experiencing this kind of situation. Bullying is a behavior that can humiliates a person either physically or emotionally.
Here are some examples of bullying:
*Verbal Bullying - involves hurtful comments,name-calling and teasing.
*Physical Bullying - involves hitting,shoving,pushing,tripping,and other kinds of force to hurt somebody.
*Cyber-bullying - This is usually happens in the use of the internet, cellphone or other technology to harass,threaten a person.
CYBER- BULLYING is also become more widespread because bullies can harass their victims or target with less risk of being caught or what we called play-safe.
MAIN FACTORS OF GETTING BULLIED:
1. Posting Nude pictures
2.Spreading Fake Humors
3.Posting Scandal Videos/Images
Effects of Bullying:
1. Shyness
2.Depression
3.Poor Academic Achievements
4.Attempted Suicide
There is no good to discriminate or humiliate someone. We must understand each others differences and rights. Do not do such things to hurt others.Keep in mind we were created by God to love one another.
COMBAT ADDICTION
Addiction is complex disease often in nature which affects the functioning of the brain and body. It also causes serious damage to families,relationships,schools,workplace and also neighborhoods.
THE MOST COMMON SYMPTOMS OF INTERNET ADDICTION:
*Severe Lost Control
*Continued use Despite Serious consequences
*Failed attempts to quit
ONLINE GAMES is one of the most teenagers get excite to. In this online game they can see themselves in the virtual world but aside of having fun it has great big negative impact if they abuse the use of online games like being in the condition of online addiction.
TIPS TO PREVENT OR AVOID ONLINE ADDICTION
1.) Admit you are at risk of an addiction.
2.) Set aside limited time your computer use.
3.) Call someone instead of sending instant messages or texts.
4.) Use an alarm or timer when using a computer. In short limit yourself in the internet.
5.) Get a hobby or an interest that doesn't involves the internet,video games ,computer,television,and cellphone;
6.) And the most important thing is "Put your obligation first"
DIGITAL DIVIDE
Digital divide refers to the gap between demographics and religions that have access to the modern information and communication technology and those that don't or have restricted access.This technology includes the telephone,television,personal computers and the internet. In short this is referring to the division between those with or without technology access.
This is one of problem that we face because of the rise of services which require access to high-speed,high-quality connections,that those on the less-served side of digital divide cannot access and afford.
As a student having a background of technology is necessary because in our generation we are using this kind of access or method to catch some information or have some research and to accomplish our task easier.
We can learn about the use of the new technology/digital if :
*You're determine to learn.
*Asking some information about it.
*Try to Explore yourself.

Media and Information Literacy is an important for fostering equitable access to information and knowledge, and building inclusive knowledge societies.Media Literacy is a 21st Century approach to education. It provides a framework to access,analyze,evaluate,create,participate with messages in a variety of forms. It also builds an understanding of the role of media in society as well as essential skills of inquiry and self-expression necessary for citizen of democracy.
